Description
### What would you like to happen?
Migration: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HOP-2966
When a timeout occurs in Hop Web you currently lose the progress of your work.
To resolve this we need a few improvements:
Have a feature to continuously save changed pipelines and workflows. We should save these files in a separate folder perhaps to avoid clutter.
Automatically remember the state of a session in an ongoing bases so that if you refresh the browser tab you get the exact same state as before. It's the same as what we do when switching projects or environments but on a continuous bases whenever we open or create a file.
These features should be useful outside of Hop Web as well.

Research direction
Start with the Hop Web timeout and session-handling entry points; the issue does not name specific files or tests. Trace how pipelines and workflows are currently saved and how project or environment switching preserves state. Done means timeout recovery preserves work through continuous separate-folder saves and browser refreshes, with the behavior also usable outside Hop Web.
