[Feature Request]: Information perspective: Highlight the viewed profile in the navigation tree.

I would love for the Execution Information panel to show which run I am viewing on the right.  When using it for previewing, when you open it, there is no indication of what you are currently viewing.  It is easy to get lost between runs when only changing columns or other non-canvas visible changes.

Start in the Hop Gui's Execution Information panel and navigation tree, tracing how the currently viewed run is represented when previewing execution information. Done means the navigation tree clearly highlights the run shown on the right, including when only non-canvas columns or other details change.
