目前iotdb已经迭代到1.0.1，部分用户使用的1.0.+的IoTDB，可以支持1.0.0和1.0.1的版本的IoTDB
存在问题：
是否需要保留兼容老的版本，能否兼容老的版本数据？
感觉可以保留0.13.+的版本，目前也在迭代，可以去掉0.12.+版本的兼容
