[Feature] <title>能不能查历史的告警记录？

现在的告警数据结构，我看新增告警都是放在同一条数据里面，这样也就导致我要看历史的告警看不到。
现在的需求是想看到历史每个监控阈值有哪些天哪些设备有告警的就搞不了，不利于排查复盘问题。能不能把告警的日历搞出来，每天哪些阈值和监控项触发了告警
