Description
### Question
Currently, our GitHub repository's [README](https://github.com/apache/hertzbeat/) and [website](https://hertzbeat.apache.org/) did not showcase users who are currently using our product.
I think it might be beneficial to consider collecting some information and showcasing it, which could help enhance the influence of our community.
For example, this is how the `SkyWalking` community showcases its users:
[Users](https://skywalking.apache.org/users/)
[users.yml](https://github.com/apache/skywalking-website/blob/master/data/users.yml)

Research direction
Review the HertzBeat README and website, then compare the linked SkyWalking Users page and users.yml example. Before implementation, clarify how user information would be collected and which README or website location should showcase it; done means an agreed presentation and contribution process.
