v1.6.x版本告警规则设置了不生效问题

用的docker compose部署，系统默认的告警规则有站内告警通知，我新增个磁盘使用率告警 当 ${usage} >= 83时，告警没有被处罚，告警中心是空的，告警规则那儿已经匹配了标签，内存监控和磁盘监控都是这个问题, 请问你们有这个问题吗？指标是能正常采集了，阈值规则那儿配置了没有触发告警，由于在安全问题，暂时没法提供截图，等后续在家里面搭建来试下，请问应该怎么解决，日志也没有明显异常抛出
