Research direction

Start by reproducing the garbled Chinese alarm content with HertzBeat v1.6.1, using the issue's screenshot and threshold-creation timeline as context. Identify the alarm-content path involved and confirm that the Chinese message remains readable after the threshold has been created and left overnight.
