Description
### Description
Since many indicators are configured, some indicators can be enabled for collection in case of transmission failure. If they are continuously executed at ordinary times, the performance of the monitored database will be affected. It is recommended to set an indicator switch to disable certain indicators at ordinary times and enable them when necessary. Because all oracle will monitor the same indicators, but different businesses, different failures, different time periods may need to focus on different indicators, some indicators can be temporarily not monitored

Research direction
Start by locating the indicator configuration and collection scheduling entry points for Oracle monitoring. Define how indicators can be disabled during ordinary operation and enabled when needed, including how the switch varies by monitored business, failure, or time period; done means the requested indicator controls are specified and implemented.
