[feature] support user to define the success status codes of HTTP protocal

### Description

As mentioned in https://github.com/dromara/hertzbeat/issues/978, now that we have added the enhancement to the backend of HTTP collect, why don't we provide a place that user can input what they think are success status codes.
This maybe only need some changes on frontend codes.

Start by reading issue 978 and reviewing the existing HTTP collection success-status handling and related frontend code. Determine where users should enter acceptable status codes and how that setting reaches monitoring; done means the configured codes can be entered and are treated as successful.
