Enable Hamilton UI to run in google colab

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Google colab allows you to run services. One could run the Hamilton UI. However the proxying it does strips headers and thus we cannot run the UI on it because we require it to know who is viewing things.

Some way to run it.

Not doing this.

This is only for google colab.
