Docs are inconsistent with latest release

I noticed that the docs track changes beyond the most recent release, which causes some simple inconsistencies such as [unpack-fields](https://hamilton.apache.org/concepts/function-modifiers/#unpack-fields) being documented without existing in [v1.88.0](https://github.com/apache/hamilton/releases/tag/sf-hamilton-1.88.0) (latest release at TOW).

I apologize if this is obvious, but is there a way to view docs on https://hamilton.apache.org/ for past releases, or at least the most current stable release?
