[Improvement] Support Hudi format in generic lakehouse catalog

We've added a generic lakehouse catalog in Gravitino 1.1.0, which can support different lakehouse table formats in one catalog, currently we already support Lance, we'd continue to add more different format support like Hudi.

Start by examining the existing Lance support in the generic lakehouse catalog and identify the entry points used for format-specific integrations. The work is done when Hudi is supported alongside Lance in that catalog and the corresponding behavior is covered by tests.
