[Subtask] Add Gravitino Integration test in Daft

### Describe the subtask

As titled, after the features be implemented in Daft, we need to add the integration test that covers these features (catalog, gvfs with s3, etc) in Daft integration test module (tests/integration)

Start with the parent issue #9259 to identify which Daft features are ready, then inspect the tests/integration module. Define integration coverage for the catalog and GVFS with S3 described in this subtask; done means those feature combinations run successfully in the integration test suite.
