[Subtask] Support "gvfs://" in Daft io module

### Describe the subtask

Daft io module has the implementation for different storage/file systems like s3, gcs, azure adls, etc. To allow users to access fileset with Gravitino's gvfs, we need add the implementation for Gravitino fileset there.

Start by reading the existing Daft IO implementations for S3, GCS, and Azure ADLS, then review the parent issue for the expected Gravitino fileset behavior. Add the gvfs:// implementation so users can access Gravitino filesets through Daft, and verify it against the access patterns and tests identified there.
