[Improvement] Add View api in Gravitino web server

Iceberg/Hive View cannot obtain information by accessing Gravitino web server now, i think this needs support.

Determine the expected View API and response from the repository's current conventions, then add support for retrieving Iceberg/Hive View information and verify it with the relevant web-server tests.
