Configuration Supports hive3 catalog synchronization to create metastore catalogs and obtain hive3 metadata of customized catalogs
### How should we improve?
Use parameters to control whether to create the metastore catalog synchronously, specify metastore.catalog.location to configure the catalog location path; and configure the default catalog for metadata, as shown in the figure:：
