[EPIC] Support Clickhouse catalog

### Describe the proposal

[ClickHouse](https://clickhouse.com/?country=en) is the fastest and most resource efficient real-time data warehouse and open-source database.

Gravitino currently supports[ MySQL](https://www.mysql.com/) ,[ PostgreSQL](https://www.postgresql.org/) and[ Apache Doris](https://doris.apache.org/) metadata management but does not support ClickHouse yet. This proposal is to add ClickHouse JDBC catalog support in Gravitino so that users can have more options for managing database metadata.
