[Improvement] Missing trademark attribution for ASF logos/PostgreSQL in Gravitino UI

### What would you like to be improved?

When using ASF project names or logo we need to include a trademark attribution. See https://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/faq/#attribution for more details. For PostgreSQL it's a little more complicated, please see https://www.postgresql.org/about/policies/trademarks/ for details.

### How should we improve?

Add trademark attribution or ask ASF for permission to use their logos in our UI. Use the correct PostgreSQL logo and add trademark attribution.
