### Describe the subtask
Currently, Apache Ranger version 2.3.0+ support Trino
1. Add download and compile Apache Ranger in the Trino Docker image
2. Use a environment variable `ENABLE_RANGER_PLUGIN` to control whether enable Ranger-Trino-Plugin in the Trino Service.
