[EPIC] Apache Ranger Docker image suite

### Describe the proposal

I am considering using Apache Ranger for data privilege control,
1. Through Apache Ranger admin web to set user and group privileges.
2. Enable `ranger-trino-plugin` in the Trino server, and let Trino have privilege control ability.
3. Create an Apache Ranger Docker image myself, because Apache Ranger official Docker image has 5 child docker image, Its very complex.
4. Add Trino joint Apache Ranger integrate test
5. Support another data engine in the future.
