Grails: cannot select (Alt+F1) an item in Grails / Griffon view until it first time open

Prepare a project with Grails code (tested a controller) opened in the editor, and Project and Grails tool windows closed.
Close and reopen the project.
Alt+F1 (Select in) in the Grails code. In the pop-up Project view is enabled, Grails/Griffon is disabled. Should be enabled.
After first opening of the view Select in works correctly.

Reproduce the project reopen and Alt+F1 steps with the Project and Grails tool windows closed. Start by locating the Grails/Griffon view initialization and the Select in integration, then verify the view is enabled before it is first opened. Done means the Grails/Griffon target is enabled immediately after reopening a Grails project and selection works.
