Grails app profiling support

Profile option is currently disabled for Grails configuration even if you have profilers added.

Start by locating the Grails configuration handling for the disabled Profile option and the logic that detects added profilers. Trace why profiling remains unavailable, then verify that a Grails configuration with a profiler enables the option without changing configurations that have no profiler.
