Run grails command keymap hint where it's not expected

**To reproduce**
I created simple scala project
RMB to start creating a scala class

**ACTUAL:**
Run grails command keymap hint
_⚠️ attachment `image.png` was not included in the export_

**EXPECTED:**
Not sure I need it in my simple scala project.

Start by reproducing the issue in a simple Scala project and inspect where the “Run grails command” keymap hint is shown after using the context menu to create a Scala class. Done means the hint no longer appears in a non-Grails Scala project while remaining available where appropriate.
