Incorrect behavior on attempt to enable dynamic classpath mode for project run configurations

while importing the grails project i've got the error:
"Error running 'Collecting Injected Traits': Command line is too long. In order to reduce its length classpath file can be used. Would you like to enable classpath file mode for all run configurations of your project? Enable"

'Enable' link pressing opens the /jbr/bin folder in windows explorer unexpectedly

Reproduce the behavior while importing the Grails project and running the “Collecting Injected Traits” configuration in IntelliJ IDEA 201.6668.41. Start from the run-configuration prompt that offers to enable classpath file mode; done means pressing “Enable” updates the project’s run configurations instead of opening the /jbr/bin folder in Windows Explorer.
