Remove Modules Keep on Reappearing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Project keeps adding Modules I have removed already (Grails Custom Plugins located in Porject Folder, Grails 2.X)
2. Tried to remove module, with Right Click on Folder and selecte Remove Module
3. Module is removed but reappears seconds later

What is the expected result?
The expected results is that I remove modules and they are not added again on opening project.

What happens instead?
The modules are added on opening and now it also adds them as soon as I removed them.

Reproduce the issue in IntelliJ IDEA with a Grails 2.x project containing custom plugins in the project folder. Remove the module through the project view and observe whether it returns immediately or when the project reopens; done means removed modules stay absent after both actions.
