Grails 2.x view doesn't work properly

I have got configured 4 grails applications sharing a common plugin, and defined 4 IPR's with the common plugin as inplacePlugin.
Well, now the Grails view of IntelliJ sometimes is available when I open the project (any of them) and other times it isn't. I can synchronize grails settings with Idea project structure, but this helps sometimes and sometimes doesn't.

Reproduce the issue with four Grails applications sharing a common inplace plugin, opening each project repeatedly to compare when the Grails view appears. Start by examining the Grails view and the “synchronize Grails settings with IDEA project structure” flow; done means the intermittent behavior is consistently reproduced and its cause or a reliable fix is identified.
