class template is handled incorrectly

When scaffolding template contains variable prefix there are two problems
1. class name is not correctly displayed in Grails View
2. Class cannot be commit to git after modification (Verison controll nad Commit changes window show changes but pressing commit does nothing. Commit works fine from tortoise GIT)

Start by reproducing the issue with a scaffolding template containing a variable prefix, then inspect the Grails View and Version Control/Commit Changes behavior described in the report. Done means the class name is displayed correctly in Grails View and modified files from the template can be committed through the IDE.
