IntelliJ Settings synchronization failed

Every time I change the BuildConfig.groovy file in my Grails 2.3.11 application, it prompts me to "apply changes to IntelliJ project structure". Then when I do, I get an error saying "Error executing script IdeaPrintProjectSettings: org/codehaus/groovy/grails/project/creation/GrailsProjectCleaner (Use –stacktrace to see the full trace)". This is making my Grails inline plugins not show up in the Project or Grails View tabs. This was happening on IntelliJ 13 and is still happening on 14.

I have attached a file that shows the entire console output before IntelliJ fails. I've also attached the idea.log file.

Reproduce the failure by changing BuildConfig.groovy in a Grails 2.3.11 application and accepting IntelliJ's project-structure update. Start with the IdeaPrintProjectSettings failure and the attached console output and idea.log, then trace why GrailsProjectCleaner cannot be loaded. Done means synchronization succeeds and inline plugins appear in the Project and Grails View tabs.
