Explore Console Consolidation

### Expected Behavior

There are currently a number of different consoles.

- grails-console
- http://github.com/grails-plugins/grails-web-console, not moved to apache
- Database Console
- Admin Console

> web console because I have had security auditors request it be turned off - we actually turn it off by excluding the dependency for any production based build. This was a requirement to ensure limited / non-admin access as part of SOX compliance.
