Unable to find valid certification path to Requested target

I've been installing grails 3.3.2 and set it variable in windows but when i run grails in cmd its says error like this :
"Error Error occurred running Grails CLI: unable to find valid
th to requested target (Use --stacktrace to see the full trace)"

but when i run grails -version it works well.

can anyone help me ?
