Qualification Tool not working

### Bug description

I have built the qualification tool using the following doc and it has build successfully.

But when I run the following command
java -jar target/qualification-tool-1.3.0-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar -f gs://path to event log file, the command is successful but the output file is always empty. Adding the warning I am getting here

Start with tools/qualification-tool/README.MD and reproduce the reported java -jar command using the Spark 3.5.x setup and a zstd-compressed event log. Investigate why the tool reports “Processing 0 Processed 0” and produces an empty output, while checking the supplied Log4j warnings; done means the qualification tool processes the event log and writes results.
