[VL] Build failed with fbthrift

### Problem description

I did a master branch clone and then used the following flags to build:

```bash
./dev/buildbundle-veloxbe.sh --enable_ep_cache=ON --build_arrow=ON --enable_s3=ON
```

I am getting build failed with the following error:
