[Metric] Add writeRecodeNanos and writeCompressionNanos for write metric

With https://github.com/facebookincubator/velox/commit/618f68ee283d08c7c7284dfa1f75b3b6cb283ffc, we could add recode and compression write metric in gluten.

Start by reading the referenced Velox commit and locating Gluten's existing write metric implementation. Confirm where write recode and compression timings are exposed, then verify that both metrics are reported consistently with the existing write metrics.
