[Lake/Iceberg] create doc to integrate fluss + Iceberg via flink with Hive

Guideline or steps for the end user who wants to use fluss + iceberg with the Hive catalog

Structure it like below. Integrate Data Lakes, create a heading that contains all catalog types :

- DataLake Formats/ Integrate Data Lakes/Formats
- Iceberg
- Paimon
- Lance

- DataLake Catalogs
- Glue,
- Hive, etc...
