- [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/fluss/issues) and found nothing similar.
### Motivation
Right now if POJO has type short or int and in schema was defined LONG it is failed.
However in most of SQL engines it could be handled with implicit CAST.
How about having same for some types if accuracy is able to be kept?
