[Enhancement] Allow contributor commits to automatically trigger CI

### Motivation

I noticed that when I commit code, its execution is triggered manually by the maintainers.
Would it be possible to configure the CI to run automatically whenever a contributor pushes a commit?
The purpose of this change is to make code updates more rapid and convenient for the contributors.
