[Feature] Split shell script into Windows and Linux

### Feature Request

I find the current shell cannot start success on my Mac system. It seems some script is incompatible in windows and Unix like system.

It might be better to split the shell script into different systems, if there is no other concern.

I find Kafka is using this way to manage the shell script.
