### 题目简介
eventmesh admin模块为eventmesh项目的管理模块，目前eventmesh admin模块包含了不同协议的查询接口、客户端操作接口、webhook配置操作接口，以及对事件存储的操作等，现有接口需补充相关注释，并测试是否功能正常，同时输出admin模块对应的文档与功能展示，针对事件存储的操作需进行扩展补充更多功能。

包括但不限于：
- 补充现有eventmesh admin模块接口描述与注释
- 测试现有接口功能并完善优化
- 扩展admin模块对事件存储的操作功能
- 增加管理命令，支持一键启停eventmesh cli命令

### 技能要求和编程语言
- Java
- 对eventmesh有一定的了解

### 预期成果
- eventmesh admin现有接口测试完善优化
- 扩展eventmesh事件存储操作接口功能
- 支持一键启停eventmesh cli命令
- 输出eventmesh admin相关接口操作指引与使用文档

Start by mapping the eventmesh admin module's existing query, client-operation, webhook, and event-storage interfaces, then review their current tests and documentation. Define the scope before changing anything: documented and tested existing interfaces, expanded event-storage operations, a one-command way to start and stop the CLI, and an admin usage guide.
