[Feature] RocketMQ Prometheus exporter

### Feature Request

问题：用户已经使用 RocketMQ Prometheus exporter 作为采集，需要向“前”兼容

（1）RocketMQ Prometheus exporter 不同版本情况，非常重要
（2）可以下载 RocketMQ Prometheus exporter 修改 配置里面的 nameserivce 配置直接开启动就行了
（3）最好还是找薛老板，对下 有多少指标，个人感觉测试环境的指标相对比较少
（4）请按照 report 标准开发
