[Question] 删除 topic 或者 group 时时逻辑删除还是物理删除，是否同时需要作废对应的 订阅吗？

### Question

（1）在一个集群里面 topic 是唯一的，如果过是逻辑删除，如何标准唯一
（2）如果删除 订阅，会造成之前的行为记录不存在，不删除。名字方面会造成误解
（3）group 是否有删除操作，管理与运维角色觉得 group 太多，想删除怎么办？
