[Feature] When the XAxis use type:'time',cannot set the axisLabel-interval to show labels those i need

### What problem does this feature solve?

When i use the timeline axis with label formatter like {MMM},i cannot control how to show the labels of what i really need.
For example,in this picture,i want to show Jan,Feb,Mar,Apr,May……But now i can only see part of the months,i cannot find how to control it, and the interval of axisLabel says it only works on category axis?

### What does the proposed API look like?

just like "interval"?Or maybe a better solution
