### What problem does this feature solve?
That would be nice to have broken axis chart like https://matplotlib.org/2.0.2/examples/pylab_examples/broken_axis.html
If Echarts already have one, I'd like have an example.
### What does the proposed API look like?
With the feature, Echarts can display wide range data or data with +/- infinite data points nicely
