The Release menu drop-down on the page https://dubbo.apache.org/en/index.html has links to /zh/doc* rather than /en/doc*

Start from the English homepage at https://dubbo.apache.org/en/index.html and locate the source that generates its Release menu. Compare the menu targets with the corresponding Chinese links, update the incorrect locale paths, and verify that every Release link from the English page opens an /en/doc* page.
