### Descriptions

After upgrading a Spring Cloud project to Spring Cloud 2025.0.0 and
Spring Cloud Alibaba 2025.0.0.0, we are encountering runtime / startup errors.

The application fails to start or behaves unstably, especially around:
Dubbo SPI extension loading
Dubbo service invocation
Integration between Spring Cloud 2025.x and Spring Cloud Alibaba

This blocks our attempt to upgrade to the 2025.x release line.
