Observability task: add metadata buried points at the provider responder interface level
The relevant code is located in the method: storeMetadata. The indicator item can refer to the indicator statistics (times, time, error, saturation) (usage, saturation, error rate) (Rate, Errors, Duration) at the time of application level metadata registration
