## Describe the proposal

En:Configuration simplification，Observability includes logs, buried points and link tracking, but complex configurations will stop users. There are many ways to configure attributes in Dubbo, such as xml, which supports dubbo external configuration file configuration and Configuration center configuration, in order to allow users to access better, try to configure in an easier way so that users can switch flexibly.

中文：配置简化，可观测性包含了日志，埋点和链路追踪，但是复杂的配置会让用户望而止步，在Dubbo中配置属性的方式也是比较多的比如xml，支持dubbo外置配置文件配置和配置中心配置，为了让用户更好的接入尝试更简单的方式来配置让用户可灵活开关。

The proposal does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Begin by locating Dubbo's observability configuration and its supported XML, external configuration, and configuration-center paths, then clarify the intended simplified configuration and flexible switches before implementation. Done should include an agreed design and corresponding validation, but the issue does not define either.
