## Describe the feature
ut reports an error, the current card point problem requires MetricsService to make a port concession and refer to org.apache.dubbo.config.metadata.ConfigurableMetadataServiceExporter for optimization.
ut报错，目前的卡点问题，需要MetricsService做一个端口退让and参考org.apache.dubbo.config.metadata.ConfigurableMetadataServiceExporter优化
