## Describe the proposal

As there's an English version of this page, it would be nice if the page could detect the preferred language (from browser) on load and switch accordingly. Also the drop-down to manually switch to English is hard to find for non-Chinese speakers. An option could be something generic like a globe icon, flags or then `中文 / English`. (Though that might not scale well if there's a plan to add more translations)

Start by locating the Chinese and English page versions in the Hugo website and reviewing the existing manual language dropdown. Determine how browser language preferences and additional translations should be handled; done means the preferred language is selected on load and the manual switch is easy to find without limiting future translations.
