关于dubbo-admin Releases:0.5.0的启动问题

### Environment

* Dubbo Admin version: 3.0.1
* Registry center detail (type and version): zookeeper
* Operating System version: xxx
* Java version: 11

### Steps to reproduce this issue

1. 按照官网的配置,我首先将独赢的admin开头的注册地址注释掉
2. 然后将下方的dubbo config修改如下所示
3. 启动bin目录下的start.sh,查看日志发现报错了,报错信息如下:

目前我只改动了上面步骤1、2中的配置,其他均没有动过,求教这个错误是什么问题.....如何解决

Start with bin/start.sh and the README release/configuration instructions, then inspect the edited admin registration and Dubbo config and reproduce the startup failure on Java 11 with ZooKeeper. Done means identifying the startup error and documenting a verified configuration fix.
