dubbo-admin0.5.0 服务注册为应用级 消费者列表重复

每次通过docker发布完提供者服务后，dubbo-admin后台未能更新服务消费者列表，上一次发布的docker容器ip依然在消费者列表中。这样就会导致dubbo-admin中同时出现了多个无效的消费者ip地址。

源码：
这里会每小时进行全量订阅信息刷新，但是我在后台中还是一直能看到很多不正确的消费者ip地址。

Reproduce the issue with dubbo-admin 0.5.0 using application-level registration and a clustered Docker deployment. Start at the full subscription refresh shown in the attached source screenshot and verify whether provider redeployments remove old consumer IPs. Done means the consumer list contains only current container IPs without duplicates after a refresh.
